 Kristina (Tina) Bourget has a wide array of legal experience. Over the past 19 years, she has provided legal counsel on a variety of issues, including general corporate matters, public utility regulatory issues, litigation, intellectual property, employment and labor, and real estate.

Tina was employed at Xcel Energy/Northern States Power Company from 1998-2009, serving as Assistant General Counsel from 2001-2009.  Prior to that, she was in private practice with the Eau Claire firm of Kelly & Ryberg, S.C., from 1991-1997 where she focused on litigation matters.

Tina joined Bourget Law in 2010 and focuses her practice on corporate, copyright and trademark matters.
